Microcomputer Support 1

PURPOSE
To improve student achievement by providing direct technical support to district staff and students. The Microcomputer Support 1 position provides support in person, via email and on the telephone, of district workstations, applications, peripherals and connectivity through monitoring, installation, troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Must have:
Possession of, or the ability to obtain an Oregon Driver’s licenseGood driving recordReliable transportation

Must be able to:
Provide proof of personal vehicle insuranceHave vehicle at work dailyLift 50 pounds

May be required to:
Transport District equipment in personal vehicle (motorcycles cannot be used to transport District equipment)Travel to District schools/departmentsTravel out-of-districtWork adjusted shifts as necessaryWork some evenings and weekends as necessary
