Job Description : We at Central Academy, Jaipur looking for young dynamic Office Administrator for day to day activity.Office Administratoris a pivotal member of staff of a Company. He/She will be thefirst point of contact for any visitors to the office or anyone contacting an organization, so being well-presented and polite are pivotal traits. Admin Executive may also require rendering assistance to HR and Operation department on as hoc basis.Responsibilities and DutiesInteracts with directors and carries out their requestsVendor empanelmentAnswers phone calls and transfers them as necessaryDrafts, formats, and prints relevant documentsManages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mailAssists in planning and arranging events, including organizing cateringHandle phone calls and all related correspondenceCarrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshmentsPerforming bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as neededPhotocopies and files appropriate documents as neededProvide assistance with different budgeting and bookkeeping activitiesKeep databases in check and update them regularlyPurchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.Handles expenses and billing cyclesAssists in purchase orders and invoicingControl the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needsOverseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.Coordinate and oversee all office activitiesEnsure adherence to relevant company procedures and policiesOversee the members of the administrative team and coordinate their activitiesSupervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office spacePerforming other relevant duties when needed.Qualifications and SkillsQualification : Any GraduateExperience : 2 yrs – 4 yrs exp. required as a Office AdminSkills : Avg-Good Comm Skills, Energetic and ConfidentApplication Deadline: 25/2/2022Expected Start Date: 24/2/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Morning shiftApplication Question(s):What is your age?Experience:Education administration: 2 years (Required)administration: 4 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
