Job Description : Our clinic is seeking a part time receptionist to join our family.This position will consistently work 2 full days per week, schedule includes Saturdays 9a.m. to 5:30p.m. and your choice Weds or Fri 8:45a.m. to 5:15pm, with occasional additional days/shift coverage.The weekend receptionist provides excellent customer service while:opening and closing clinicfielding phone calls, faxes, and questions at the deskschedulingprocessing paymentsfilingcleaning officechecking insurance benefitsand various other team-oriented tasksCompany and Candidate DetailsWe are a team of massage therapists, nutritionists, and diabetic educators.
