Job Description : Plant & Production Worker FOR WILCOXSON’SWilcoxson’s is a local Montana company, over a century old, that develops, manufactures and distributes only the highest-quality ice cream products in the MT/WY region.Job DutiesBe available to help do a variety of cleaning, supporting production, etc.Will be cleaning in the plant – sweeping, breaking down boxes, washing buckets, etc.Will be helping in production: typically moving ingredients, helping unload deliveries, learning aspects of production, etc.Must be able to work in very cold freezers to move and store product.This is a position that will spend their entire shift on their feet, working physically to support production, etc.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Job Requirements: Must have high school diploma or equivalent.Must possess strong attention to detail and be willing to pitch in and do whatever needs to be done.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A self-starter, showing initiative in addressing problems within the scope of their authority.Must be mechanically inclined as machines and equipment often require troubleshooting or repairs to be done on the fly.Ideal candidate has past experience in food manufacturing or production.Be able to start the work day early in the morning and work at least 5 days every week and adjust schedule as needed to accommodate the manufacturing process.**Employment is subject to verification of pre-screening tests, which may include drug screening, background check, credit check and DMV check.**Wilcoxson’s is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
