Job Description : Meta is seeking a highly-motivated individual to lead projects and initiatives. This role will sit on the Admin Programs Team, within the Operations pillar. The role will partner closely with the Admin community to design, pilot and roll out new processes. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the evolution of administrative support at Meta on a global level.The scope of this role involves interacting with a multitude of client groups, including HR, Legal, Workplace Planning/Facilities, Supplier Management teams, among others. This individual requires the ability to advise and influence various internal teams across the business. This person will need to be comfortable executing in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and be able to structure and run concurrent projects.Success in this position requires strategic thinking, leadership, communication, a high comfort level with ambiguity, as well as the ability to effectively work with cross-functional groups. Success in this role and team also requires a willingness and eagerness to pitch in where needed, with the ability to go high level but also get into the details, in addition to a strong work ethic. This may mean supporting another team within the Admin Programs Team on their priority projects and initiatives.This role is full-time.
Project Manager, Admin Programs Team Responsibilities:
Manage projects end-to-end, which includes scoping, planning, execution, risk/issue mitigation and stakeholder management
Invest time and effort to research current processes within Meta, with a lens on how to apply process improvements to day-to-day Admin workflows
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal to Admin Programs Team (Admin Specialist Program, Coverage) and external (HRBPs, Lead Admins, Legal, PSC Team, Compensation, Admin Recruiting)
Compose and distribute company wide communications that outlines and explains various changes, programs, guidelines and policies, and specifically how it impacts the Global Admin Community
Craft and present proposals for projects to Leadership teams
Manage and facilitate project team meetings, with the intent to drive towards specific milestones
Update, manage, and oversee Admin-related policies in partnership with HR, Legal and other partners
Work with the rest of the Admin Programs Team to generate metrics/analytics to track efficiency, consistency, and errors
Support other project objectives
support collecting, analyzing and integrating feedback into project work-streams
Serve as subject-matter expert to field questions from partners and employees
Exercise independent judgment and discretion while utilizing Company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
Monitor shared mailboxes and inboxes and serve as the first responder for inquiries related to operations and process
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in an operational or project management role
Experience executing on high priority projects
Experience executing projects under time constraints
Experience working with global partners
Experience working independently with little direction
Experience managing and driving concurrent projects
Aptitude for driving projects from idea to completion in a timely manner
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables), Outlook (distribution lists, shared inboxes)
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS
Management Consulting, project/program management, Administrative Services, Recruiting Services, or People Operations experience
Proven stakeholder management experience, including managing multiple partners simultaneously
Experience in problem solving and providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
Proven communications experience, including drafting communications to a global client group
