Steak Plant Production Associate, 4 Day Work Week!!

Pay Rates
Pay starts at $16.50 per hour and can increase to $19.00 per hour
Employees who develop advanced skills qualify for the higher pay grades
Work Schedule
4 day week; Wednesday – Saturday, 5:45am to 4:30pm
Extra shifts available for more overtime pay
Job Duties
There are a variety of openings including packing, loading, palletizing, inspection, meat cutting, sanitation and more
Most employees are trained for several positions to find advancement opportunities
Arrive to work on time, every day, ready to work
Follow company policies and procedures as it relates to GMPs, SSOPS, HACCP, and OSHA
Work with team members and managers to ensure the highest quality of products
Perform additional tasks as requested by a supervisor
Key Requirements
Experience required for the highest pay rates
Energetic and respectful person with a positive attitude
Able to work quickly and efficiently
Able to stand 10 hours per day in a cool, 40° temperature-controlled environment
Pass a physical with a controlled substance drug screen
Minimum of 18 years of age

4 day work week!! Hours will be from 5:45am – 4:30pm, Wednesday – Saturday. You will also have the option to pick up one additional day if you are interested in overtime.
