Our core values are the backbone of our business and guide our hiring process: we are Aligned, Inspirational, Accountable, Disciplined, Transparent, and Results Oriented.Position SummaryThe daily role of this position requires moving customer’s orders (clothing items) to and from our storage warehouse and our plant. You will be responsible of all logistics with regard to the organization, quality control and the cleanliness of the facility.Pay Rate: Starting at $48,000 & UP. (Based on skill set & experience)Capabilities/Key Competencies: Represent Recovery Cleaners with a high level of professionalism, friendliness, maturity, and customer service in every client interaction, fostering genuine relationships and inspiring trust in the organization.Aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all levels of the organization.Ability to collaborate with other team members while working under pressure and while considering the perspective of multiple personalities.Experience juggling multiple projects and recurring duties simultaneously, ensuring efficient completion within deadlines and sharp attention to detail.Ability to maintain poise, professionalism, and positivity when asked to perform new project responsibilities or shift priorities.Eagerness for learning new tasks, with the ability to look at things from different angles and ask question to seek a better understanding.Desire for continuous improvement and document your processesSelf-starter with comfortableness working independently and with minimal supervision.Experience in file management, database management, scheduling, and record keeping.Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.Ability to lift 35 pounds repetitivelyMust have a minimum of 2 years hi-lo experienceMust have a clean driving recordThis position has the following expectations:· Managing warehouses in compliance with company’s policies and vision· Coordinate with office for tasks needing to be done on customer jobs· Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods· Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance· Maintaining cleanliness in both warehouses· Effectively organizing and documenting customer jobs· Staging customer jobs for delivery· Pulling production for all departments to ensure a steady and efficient work flow· Maintain and document all maintenance for vehicles, machines, and warehouses· Receiving and putting away of all incoming purchase orders· Coordinate and document all items that are outsourced for cleaning· Monthly inventory counts to ensure job accuracy· Identify areas of improvementYou will be trained in our processes above and will be required to meet the time frames and Key Performance Indicators set forth by management.We are pleased to offer a benefits program which includes medical insurance and paid holidays after 90 days of employment, 401(k), and paid personal time per company policy.If you are in alignment with this position and our core values and wish to join our exciting, growing team, do apply.For consideration, after applying please complete the phone interview process set up here on Indeed.
