As our NA Supply Chain Solutions Biz Testing Analyst, you will be part of a high performing team that consults, communicates, and monitors test and deployment plans to ensure all deliverables are adhered to and risks are mitigated based on input from multiple partners within various portfolio teams.
You will support release execution by monitoring of each phase of the release and alert appropriate stakeholders of any issues that need to be addressed.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Supply Chain professional to provide business subject matter expertise (SME) to participate as a key contributor
Collaborate and maintain a working knowledge of Nike’s Supply Chain processes and networks
Assist in the creation of test scenario development and data matrices across multiple Nike system platforms
Support functional and full-system end to end testing of new processes and changes including integration between multiple systems across North America
Diligently review and update existing documentation on Standard Operating Procedures for various business processes as required and create new documentation where none exists
Deliver results within tight timelines while delivering results with efficiency and accuracy
Status reporting and defect tracking
Successfully engage and collaborate with multiple projects simultaneously
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
A typical day/week looks like (examples of “day in the life” tasks)
You’ll be responsible for working with multiple cross functional technology and business partners to coordinate communication, plan and manage testing. You’ll build positive relationships with your business partners to ensure successful outcomes and close partnering. You’ll drive resolution of testing issues through problem solving and collaboration ensuring proactive relationship management. You will be part of a team that owns the planning and execution of all phases and activities involved in the release of a system or product activation into a production environment. The candidate must be a self-starter, flexible, problem solver, and outstanding communicator who is comfortable working across multiple functions and geographies within Nike’s matrixed organization!
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role reports to the NA Lead Chain Solutions Analyst. You will partner with multiple cross functional business partners.

WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
Experience in MPO/Logistics/Supply Chain and /or Distribution
Experience with SAP
Clear, concise and persuasive communication style that compels to action
Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
Influencing skills, with experience engaging diverse set of cross-functional partners
Ability to lead robust, cross-functional teams
Experience within retail, wholesale, operations, and the digital environment
Strong Microsoft Office tools skills
Demonstrated excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Possess strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a varied workload
Problem solving/resolution and results oriented skills
Test coordination experience at Nike preferred
SAP, Supply chain, JIRA, ConFluence
