As someone who works at the front desk area in the office you understand the importance of being a jack of all trades. You have a warm and cheerful disposition that puts visitors at ease. You are efficient and a quick learner which frees up your time to assist various departments in the office with administrative tasks. Since you are detail oriented and work with little direction, your team knows they can count on you to get the job done.
Kent Power is a growing utility construction contractor that understands the value of working in a family environment away from the corporate grind. We offer a team-based work environment in a non-stuffy and friendly office space. Seriously. Think on-site fitness center, working on the covered deck that overlooks the Rogue River here in Rockford, and team workspaces that are adorned with recliners.
So what will you be doing?
A typical day in this position includes greeting all visitors and employees, managing incoming/outgoing mail, ensuring cleanliness of conference rooms and break areas, and providing the executives support with various tasks.
You will also be cross trained in our Safety and HR departments to provide assistance, as needed. Additionally, working with Continuous Improvement you will provide support with company communications and compliance.
