Direct the activities of management, professional, technical and clerical personnel. Organize administrative activities that involve strategic planning, new programs productivity to ensure high quality cost-effective care is provided at HospitalDevelop, implement, coordinate and monitor departmental programs, including quality assurance activities. Assure compliance with all State, Federal rules and regulations.Responsible for providing staff and assigned departments development. Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and development.Contribute to the philosophy of Eden Alternative within the organization.Establish and maintain open, professional and positive communication in all aspects of job performances.QualificationsRequired Bachelor’s DegreePreferred Master’s Degree5 years of relevant experience in the health care setting with demonstrated, creative and innovated clinical and business leadership ability required.
