Direct the activities of management, professional, technical and clerical personnel. Organize administrative activities that involve strategic planning, new programs productivity to ensure high quality cost-effective care is provided at HospitalDevelop, implement, coordinate and monitor departmental programs, including quality assurance activities. Assure compliance with all State, Federal rules and regulations.Responsible for providing staff and assigned departments development.
