Join theStoneridge Team as we continue to build upon our strong history and reputation for quality products to deliver innovative products and systems that address a need, exceed our customers’ expectations, and motivate our team.JOB SUMMARY: Overall responsibility for the end-to-end MirrorEye delivery/installations to include complete supply chain visibility. Success will ultimately be determined by harmonizing processes and achieving ultimate cross-functional and global collaboration between each of Stoneridge’s functions (Campinas, Juarez, Barneveld, Solna and Novi). Secondly, success will be achieved by developing a deep understanding of a Fleet Customers’ needs, operational processes, and business drivers—a design thinking mindset is vital. This position has elements of both Continuous Improvement and Project Management, meaning both attention to detail and strategic thinking are critical.PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Current Operations:Maintain and keep the Service Hub of CRM up to date. Ensure all assets have detailed service history and current record of components by part number and system level software number.Manage the development and maintenance of a Fleet Product and Services, Field Service demand forecast which is critical to supporting ‘silent service.’ Fleet customers should never experience downtime due to a Stoneridge product or service.Lead the complete installation planning cycle which includes collaboration with Fleet Customers on truck availability, scheduling installation technicians, and ensuring the right parts are available.Expected to work with the Head of Field Service to coordinate and manage 30+ installation technicians(combination of internal and external techs)Work closely with the Marketing Analytics segmentation to ensure customer insights are captured and become part ofVoice of Customer based product improvement.Continuous Improvement: Champion and lead the Customer Success Teams’ continuous improvement program. Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.Take lessons learned from the field and apply them to future standard operation procedures.Put into action installation improvement suggestions heard from the field via both internal and external field tech support.Act as a conduit for the Voice of the Customer (VOC). The VOC includes, the Fleet Owner, the Installer, and the End-User (truck driver, bus driver, etc.).Lead and drive workshops to ensure the voice of the customer intersects voice of the engineer, thereby ensuring our products and processes meet and exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders in our value stream.When appropriate lead the negotiation of commercial terms for third party installers, strategic partners, and suppliers.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE: Teamwork oriented. Experience in fluid environments working to successfully produce cross-functional deliverables is key.8+ years of experience in growing areas of responsibility in manufacturing. Supply chain and procurement roles and IT systems familiarity.Learning mindset, with a demonstrated track record of absorbing information and capabilities of new technologies and their impacts on business service offerings.Leading programs and projects from inception through launch.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or similar field, MBA preferred.LOCATION AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 25% domestic travel to fill in for Director of Customer Success during visits to major customers and business partners.Additionally, will be required to travel to Stoneridge HQ in Novi, MI for strategy meetings and team building.#LI-MM1Stoneridge is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
