Job Description : Apptree Staffing Solutions invites applications for the position of Operations Director for our office in Romulus, MI. Apptree is seeking a highly motivated professional leader to become the Operations Director of our organization. This person will provide leadership and strategic planning for all business affairs, be actively involved in developing our brand and staff as well as build a comprehensive client roster. The ideal candidate should possess experience in staffing and will need to show experience in marketing, advertising, social media engagement and public relations.Responsibilities-Oversee the daily operation ensuring customer satisfaction is successfully achieved in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans. Evaluate the success of the organization Forming, staffing, guiding and leading Apptree to accomplish the responsibilities and the strategic plan of the business. Responsible for all product related commercial interface with customer, including face to face presentations, quotations, volume pricing, tooling along with quality issues.Manage, report and analyze internal KPIs and prepare strategic plans and forecasts on a routine basisIdentify market opportunities and develop new customers in the region.Strengthen relationships and promote regular customer contact with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and to promote additional business.Meet regularly with senior company leadership to make sure that decisions the organization needs to make are well-thought out and timely.Demonstrate excellent negotiation and facilitations skills.Represent the organization in civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and at the national level.Review manpower levels and assignments based on projected volume to ensure that staffing levels sets are appropriate.Identify opportunities for cost improvement and service improvement.Ensure billing and invoice accuracy and timeliness and ensure all business accounts stay in profitable.Qualifications-A minimum of 5 years managerial or executive leadership experience in staffing industryStrong leadership qualitiesStrong integrity and accountabilityStrong negotiation skillsAbility to handle pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious staffing experience preferredBachelor’s degreeIntermediate knowledge of MS office suites and OutlookAnalytical and quantitative thinkerApptree offersMedicalDentalVisionLife insurance401kAflacPTOTo apply, please email your resume for immediate consideration.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Apptree observes CDC requirements.Application Question(s):What are your salary requirements?Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Willingness to travel:50% (Preferred)Work Location: One location
