Look no further- We are looking for a Full Time – Scheduler- with Construction knowledgeResponsibilities: Accurately enter appointments and related data into scheduling system.Answer the telephone promptly and handle builder inquiries regarding appointmentsTrack production progress of production team and ensure job orders are scheduled on time.May at times work above the normal scope of duties for a limited duration as job training, staff coverage or educational opportunities.Skills and Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in production/scheduling role.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Flexibility to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.Must have a high level of initiative and flexibilityWork as a part of a team and independently.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Spanish (Preferred)Work Location: One location
