Job Description : Jefferson Beach Yacht Sales is looking for a full-time administrative assistant at our Holland, MI location. Hours are 7AM-330PM Monday through Friday. Weekend work is rare, but possible during inventory counts and other unique situations. The office is brand new with lots of large windows/daylight. You will have opportunities randomly throughout summer months to get onboard some of the most luxurious boats on the lake!Job Description:Enter receipts, invoices, inventory, and other accounts receivables as required. Work with marine industry-based computer programming to write work orders, make invoices, enter payments to accounts, and other job-related tasks. Computer skills are a must. Math proficiency a must. Some customer interaction at start and more customer interaction as time goes on. Healthcare, vision, dental, 401k, FSA, HSA are all offered.JBYS sells and services some of the largest yachts in the Great Lakes area.
