Your day

As a Manager, Regional Business Development – Trauma, Flight, ED, EMS you need to know how to:

Lead and actualize network development strategies, communication and business development functions, in assigned areas, to build and promote the SCL Health Montana enterprise resulting in increased awareness and growth.

Develop and implement key service line initiatives that translate into increased market share and positions the SCL Health Regional brand in the marketplace.

Work closely with the ED / Trauma / Flight / EMS / Service Line teams as well as the Strategy & Business Development team across the Region.

Your experience

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related field.

Five years of related experience, preferably in marketing, business development, community outreach in a healthcare setting.

Healthcare Clinical experience, preferred with a preference for trauma, flight, emergency services.
