Job Purpose and Impact

The Operations Systems Specialist will support the department operations with various daily tasks and special projects centering on content management, reporting, purchase orders, invoicing and confidential information processing. In this role, you will serve as a central hub of information for your department and execute multiple complex tasks necessary to support members of the department and make the department function smoothly. Key Accountabilities
Serve as the central point of contact for the gathering and processing of information and format information to enable ease of use by department members in making business decisions. Work with managers and leaders to assist with the process of submitting, processing, and validating purchase orders. Provide onboarding support of new employees and training on the software used in the department. Perform customer experience related tasks to ensure a positive experience. Coordinate between Salt facilities sharing best practices and become a SME in one or more systems that supports our front-line Supervisors. Support our front line Supervisors with the administration of operations systems: SAP (SAP, Mii, Floria, 4 Kites, and others), Power BI reporting, HR (support tickets, Kronos time management, ADP payroll, excel or software employee scheduling), IT (ticket system), EHS (Enabelon safety tracking, Avetta contractor management), Project (MyPPM project management system), Training content systems (NourishingU and Degreed), Document Control System (SharePoint and MS PowerApps), Production control system data software/reporting (OSI PI Processbook and PI Vision, RTDuet). Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent Experience with email, spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing applications Basic understanding of accounting principles to complete financial paperwork Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating reports using business intelligence tools Experience maintaining and updating content management systems Job Information
