Technology Management Office (TMO)
The Technology Management Office ensures a smooth, efficient, and fiscally-sound technology operation for ITS. This multi-disciplinary team runs IT as a business by transforming IT finance, reporting project portfolio metrics, quality, deployment, delivery, and adoption, and building the IT workforce of the future. The TMO aligns with the following roles: Business Project Management, Project Controller, Business Operations Analyst, Communications Specialist, and Business Systems Analyst.

The TMO Associate Analyst will align to Business Project Management role.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Project Management Analyst
Assist in execution of and provides support for multiple projects across numerous functional and technical units within the Firm.Maintains, supports and coordination comprehensive, accurate project plans and schedules, and will be exposed to aspects of project management such as estimation, forecasting, planning, analysis, issue / risk / change management, escalation management, meeting facilitation, variance analysis, and status reporting.Support internal PMO tasks.
Qualifications

Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or in a related fieldExcellent Microsoft Office skills.1+ years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Analyst.Advanced written, verbal analytical and communications skills required.Basic client interaction skills.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management, peers, and clients. Possess excellent verbal and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving, task prioritization, and follow-up skills requiredAttention to detail along with deadline management are keyAbility to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly in a deadline-driven environmentMotivated self-starter who has a strong desire and curiosity to learn about all aspects of corporate Technology
