Job Description : Responsibilities:The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for technical support request, order assistance, payment-related assistance to the customers and business partners of the Robotics & Discrete Automation business area in Auburn Hills, Michigan.In this role you will be coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.Exciting opportunity to join Robotics – a steady growing business in nowadays market, and develop a career path with us!Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal or external teams.Coordinates resolution with After-Sales Service or Spare Parts teams.Recommend appropriate solution to customers, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place.Proactively informs customers about the status of their request and clarify their concern if they have any.Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.Prepares and analyzes regular statistics (e.g. forecast) using available tools and relevant information services.Develop, implement, and maintain customer support processes and participate in customer support related development projects (e.g. tools, competences, resources).Tracks regular target performance and provides results to management.Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience with robots, controls and/or applications, preferably in integration, service, or installation type of position (including knowledge of robotic applications and processing)Degree or certification in mechanical, electrical, software, robotics, automation, or related engineering/technical field; or equivalent relevant experience.Experience with equipment and robot maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting, teardown, and repair with the ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic prints and related technical documentation.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: Multiple Locations
