Training the new/experienced painters from APHS panel contractors / CR Dealers’ (Critical Retailers) contractors in sites as well as colour academy,Responsible for all consumables/panels & stock of the training material & keep in custody and arrange as when need arises,Keep the data base of trained painters contractor wise & dealer wise with remarks for learnings.
Do frequent site visits to ascertain the learnings imbibed by the painters on-site he has trained. Assess Theme Sites and suggest rework apart from handholding painters initially on sites whenever new designs launched.
