Job Description : We are representing an industry leading automotive supplier who is actively seeking a Financial Analyst to support accounting and finance operations while reporting to the NA Corporate Controller.POSITION OVERVIEW: -Candidate will work closely with NA Corporate Controller and executive leadership while assuming ownership over reporting and planning function.-Develop cost standards for labor and burden rates.-Month-end close process including financial package preparation.-Maintain various records, ad hoc reporting and analysis-Analyzes financial data obtained through studies to determine effects of costs on business-Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided to determine effects on costs-Provides management with detailed reports for use in making business decisions and controlling expenditures.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: -Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with a preference for advanced degree or certification (i.e. MBA, MSA, CPA, CMA, etc..)-3+ years of strategic financial accounting experience within the manufacturing sector.-Strong familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.Our client offers an outstanding portfolio of insurance and retirement benefits along with other attractive perks.
