Position : Optometrist Assistant
Job Description : We are looking for a quick learning, friendly, and positive person to serve as an optometrist assistant. The optometrist assistant will work in the office of an optometrist providing vision care services next to a Costco Optical. Duties include both administrative tasks like answering phones, making appointments, verifying insurance benefits, submitting insurance claims, and handling basic bookkeeping as well as clinical tasks like conducting diagnostic tests, preparing examination rooms, cleaning and arranging office and equipment. Applicants must be skilled in operating both computers and iPads. Willing to train all other duties.
