This will be achieved by following our standard work instructions and drawings. The position is a working team lead responsible for ensuring production numbers are met including designating responsibilities and working alongside team members to produce product. The production team lead is responsible for assisting the Production Manager with coaching, reporting, and ensuring production team members are properly trained and supported.Gen3 is a rapidly growing company that values our employees and offers a fun and challenging work-space.*TEAM MEMBER PERKS*Standard work schedule is Monday – Thursday 5am – 3pm (no Fridays!). Work with manager and Human Resources to deliver disciplinary conversations for continued misalignment.Responsible for quality checks of the product to verify customer requirements are being met.Responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, including daily 6S checklist.Responsible for collaborating with other departments and being an active participant in teamwork toward continuous quality improvement.Responsible for training of team members for products and processes and providing coaching or retraining when behavior does not match expectations.Consistently promote high standards through personal example and training through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of themMaintain proper documentation, give feedback, and work with manager to deliver performance reviews to direct reports.Follow company guidelines and proceduresMay be asked to perform some of the following off-line tasks including quality checks, down-time reporting and housekeeping duties.Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.Ability to carry out job responsibilities while fully embracing the Simplified Investments Core ValuesCulture is everything.
