Job Description : Executive Assistant – Junior Project Manager

Overview of Position
The Junior Project Manager / Operations Business Partner is responsible for successfully managing the day-to-day organization of the VP Of Operations & multiple cross functional leaders in the operational areas of Enrollment, Implementation, Training, Customer Support, Product Support & Operations, and business transformation.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Project manage (non-technical) medium to complex programs, projects and re-organization of the business and its’ priorities
Communicate project status to all stakeholders
Ensure teams are working on their directed priorities
Will work across all Operations teams to help re-organize, make efficient, report, and deliver KPI’s to VP of Operations & maintain priorities and tasks across the Pharmacy Business unit Operations department
Organize meetings, prepare Agenda’s, manage notes, tasks & Follow-ups
Managing Travel, Expenses, Digital documentation Management for entire team
What are the requirements needed for this position?
Executive Assistant 10+ years in a fast pace & dynamic environment
3-5 years of Junior Project Management experience
High degree of knowledge in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, One Note, Excel, Word
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience developing Team/Process performance metrics
Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders at varied levels, including executives
Problem-solving skills
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
PMP Certification (preferred)
Pharmaceutical/Retail Pharmacy experience (preferred)
High degree of certifications for all MS Office 365 products (ability to teach others-preferred)
Ability to organize and synthesize work and priorities from multiple people & ensure they are all aware of their needs and priorities.
Lean Six Sigma principles & training
SharePoint, One Drive & Power Point)
Experience and proficiency in using project management tools (i.e. Jira, Smartsheet)
Experience working with offshore and onshore teams
What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
The ability to work from home in a quiet private area
Physical Requirements – Sitting, standing, walking, and using keyboard
Ability work Remotely
How much should I expect to travel?
Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
