Job Description : We are looking for YOU if:

We are looking for Great Team Members to answer calls in our Healthcare and Commercial teams, who are motivated and performance-driven people. More importantly, we are looking for the RIGHT people to fill these unique and important positions.
We professionally greet callers, provide and request required information, document information and transfer incoming calls or take messages as necessary. We also relay and route critical messages to on-call personnel by prioritizing emergency calls, paging individuals to inform of emergencies and utilizing call center tools to ensure the right person receives the right message at the right time. Again, we provide INBOUND customer support only – we are NOT a telemarketing center.
Our jobs require people that are very detail oriented. We handle calls for a large number of accounts and so there is always a lot of activity and new challenges to face and resolve daily!
We provide paid-training, great on-going support and health, dental and 401K after 60 days of employment.
We are immediately hiring for In Office positions.

Compensation: $16.00 an hour, with perfect attendance
Perfect Attendance is considered:
Being on time for the start of your shift.
Leaving and coming back on time from any break times during your shift.
Fully completing your shift.
Rate of pay (without perfect attendance): $13.00 an hour
Shift Offered:
Full Time – 40 hours (4 Days) and Part Time Evenings
Full Time – 9:30AM-8:30PM EST – 10 Hr. Shift
You must be available to work a weekend day, a Saturday each week OR a Sunday each week.
You must be very punctual with great attendance.
Training:
Training lasts approximately one week. You will have a set schedule assigned by the end of your training week.
Qualifications:
You must be available to work every Saturday OR a Sunday.
A friendly and upbeat voice and a positive attitude
Good grammar and spelling as well as a professional demeanor
Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
Punctual with great attendance
Fast learner and be able to type well (at least 35 words per minute)
Be a ‘team player’!
