Job Description : Excellent opportunity to join our team at our fun modern endodontic practice in Livonia. We are currently looking for a full time Patient Care Coordinator that is motivated, organized and a hard worker. A competitive candidate would have a positive attitude and communicate professionally. Superior customer service skills is imperative.The Patient Care Coordinator is the first line of customer service that our patients receive on the phone and in the office. This sets the tone for their entire experience. If you are energetic, a fast learner and self directed, we would love to meet you!Job duties include:* Customer service: Acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival and dismissal.* Registering patients* Consent/HIPPA forms* Answering the telephone* Posting charges and payments to patients accounts* Checking voice mail* Ability to multi-task* Scheduling and confirming patients* Patient recalls* Calculating and presenting treatment plans* Collecting payments* Collections and accounts receivables* Obtaining dental benefits* Checking patients in and out* Stocking the beverage/snack center* Keeping the reception area and bathroom tidy* MarketingHours may be 8-5 or 10-7. Monday-Friday.
