The general management of business operations include; contract management and development, ensuring that the daily delivery of services is completed in accordance with contract specifications and all applicable rules and regulations.Status: Full TimeLocation: SalemShift: Day Schedule: This position has a varying work scheduleStarting wage: $21.55 an hourWage Scale: $21.55 – $27.27 an hourReports to: Housing ManagerKnowledge: Two (2) year degree in business management or related field, with three (3) years of work in the human services industry. Two (2) years of experience must have been in a position that included supervisory and training responsibilities. Additional experience may be substituted for educational requirements. Preference will be given to those individuals that have experience in commercial contracting of janitorial or landscaping fields.
