As the General Manager, you will direct the overall operations of our production facility in Stevensville, MT. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, superior knowledge of business functions, and strong leadership qualities. A commitment to teamwork and collaboration are absolute requirements.Key responsibilities include: Directs facility level support functions including product assembly/test, materials management, manufacturing engineering, scheduling, shipping/receiving and quality assuranceManages and maintains labor and operating costs in accordance with budgets and strategic goalsOversees day to day operationsSupervises employees including assigning work, ensuring staff is trained & following policies/procedures, and making hiring/termination/disciplinary decisions or recommendationsProvides information to Irvine, CA headquarters including daily/weekly/monthly reporting requirementsMonitors the facility’s equipment needs and ensures equipment is properly maintainedAssesses operational efficiencies and seeks opportunities to improve processesDevelops and tracks performance metrics and goalsMinimum qualifications: 2+ years’ experience in electronics assembly, machining, construction, or other skilled manufacturing industryCommitted to 100% on-site presenceAble to work with a high degree of autonomyExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh bias for actionKnowledge in Lean or Inventory Management PrinciplesAdept user of Microsoft Office and Teams softwarePreferred qualifications: Proven track-record in a decision-making leadership role4+ years of relevant industry experienceJob Type: Full-timeEducation: Bachelor’s DegreeLocation: Stevensville, MTRequired work authorization: United States Citizen or Green Card Holder.At Maztech, we don’t just accept difference – we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our community.
