Position : Hair Transplant Consultant / Patient Coordinator
Job Description : We are looking for someone who can perform administrative, sales, and patient care on an hourly plus commission basis. We are a cosmetic hair transplant clinic for men. We perform a high-end procedure (hair transplantation) which takes about 10 hours to perform. Accordingly, we only perform one surgery per day and see about 4-8 patients per day for consultations so the clinic is a low pace and family-like atmosphere.We are looking for someone who can do the following:Answer phones and book consultations (Average 5-10 calls per day)Perform sales consultations (30-45 min) (4-8 consultations per day): You will explain the process of hair transplantation including surgical techniques, surgery experience, preparation, recovery, healing, pricing, scheduling, advantages of our clinic and technique, etc. before they meet with the doctor.Book procedures: After performing the consultation, patients will meet with the doctor. If they decide to book a procedure, you will coordinate with them to find an available date, complete necessary paperwork, and collect payment.Patient Care: In the morning on surgery days you will prepare the patient for surgery and throughout the day you will periodically check in with them to ensure they are having a comfortable experience. After the surgery, you will contact them in the weeks prior to touch base on recovery.Payment: We will prove a base salary of $18 per hour plus a commission on each procedure booked. The commission will be between $400-600 per procedure depending on the price. The current consultant is closing between 8-16 per month. If you become knowledgeable about hair transplantation and provide patients with exceptional service you could earn up to $10,000 per month.Requirements: Experience in hair transplantation is highly preferred but not necessary. If you do not have experience in hair transplantation, we prefer someone with medical experience as a medical assistant, medical technician, or EMT. If you have experience as a patient coordinator or salesperson in cosmetic surgery or cosmetic dermatology that is also sufficient.
