Job Description : ABOUT JOBØ Employment Type: Full-TimeØ Position: IT RecruiterØ Job Location: JAGATPURA, JAIPURØ Experience: IT Recruiter (6 MONTHS -2 Years)Ø Key Skills: Calling, Phone Screening, Scheduling Interviews, Microsoft excel.Ø Joining time: ImmediateØ Education: Masters/Bachelor’s degreeSUMMARY: Ø Performs recruiting and sourcing duties to identify, screen and select professional, technical, and/or other candidates.Ø Coordinates with line management to fill job vacancies in a timely manner.Ø Keeps the HR Manager up to date on all applicants as they move through the recruitment process. Assists in other areas of Human Resources as required.Ø Uses expert knowledge of internet sourcing to pipeline candidates for future job requests.SKILLS REQUIRED: I. College degree in human resources, business administration or related field, plus a minimum of 6 months technical recruiting experience.II. Strong sourcing abilities required (expertise)III. Excellent communication skills are necessary.IV. Experience using Google sheets is a mustV. Ability to effectively interface with many technical and management personalities.VI. Ability to use personal computers with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and Word software.VII. Must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of employees and job applicants.VIII. Able to work as part of a team, managing a large and varied workload.RESPONSIBILITIES: I. Screen the job applicants’ profiles and ensure job requirements agree with what the manager actually is looking for in potential candidates.II. Reach out to possible market availability of suitable candidates and screen the profiles as per the requirement.III. Reviews resumes and forwards best-matched candidates to managers for review.IV. Scheduling candidates for the InterviewsV. Keep track of candidates who apply for opportunities at the Company.VI. Interviews applicants to determine and evaluate their work history, education, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications.VII. Sells the companies benefits, culture, and growth opportunities to candidates.VIII. Performs reference and background checks on applicants.IX. Reviews/Edits and places job ads on job boards.X. Provides information on company operations, facilities, job opportunities, and employee benefits to candidates.XI.
