Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION: Word Processing, Dictation Transcription, Client Interface, Litigation Support, Reception, Customer Service, General Office, Filing, Answering Phones, Balancing Checkbook, Making Deposits, Track A/R and A/P. This position description is capable of growing with the candidate. All staff is expected to sign a confidentiality agreement.QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years of experience in a professional office is required. Legal experience preferred, but not critical. Proficient with transcription, Customer service experience necessary. Must have excellent organizational skills and be a self-starter.Knowledge of: MS Word, Excel, Gmail and Google Calendar, Express Scribe TranscriptionHOURS: Business is open M-F. Hours are flexible. 30/week to start. Can grow into full time for right person.DRIVING INSURANCE/RESPONSIBILITIES: Occasionally expected to restock/recycle and run other errands. Expected to have a clean driving record and be a responsible driver. Reimbursement for business use of personal vehicle is available.BENEFITS: NegotiableDRUG TESTING: On the job intoxication is not tolerated.GROWTH POTENTIAL: Willing to adapt the position to the employee, if they choose to expand their horizons the position will likewise expand.
