Job Description : An impressive hospital facility has an incredible opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager of Pediatric. This Nurse Manager of Pediatric will be an integral part of this medical center that serves a community of over 50,000 Oregonians.
This Nurse Manager of Pediatric will reside in the beautiful, rugged southern Oregon in the highly sought-after Pacific Northwest. This 150+ licensed hospital bed facility serves a patient population of around 110,000 community members. The Nurse Manager of Pediatric will be working within a level III trauma center health care facility that is passionate about community health. This medical center had one of the best infection rates for joint-replacement surgeries, with zero patients contracting a post-op infection. The Nurse Manager of Pediatric will be working at a hospital that has received its DNV accreditation and is a designated teaching facility.
The Nurse Manager of Pediatric has the opportunity to work within the maternal child health center. This leader will manage a six-bed unit, often dealing with a patient population from newborn age to late teenage years. The Nurse Manager of Pediatric will be in communication with the Manager of Labor and Delivery, L&D Nurses, Pediatric Nurses, Clinical Managers, Technical Services Manager, and the Director of Maternal Child Health. The Manager of Pediatric can expect to manage a team of 70 split between another Family Birth Center RN Manager.
