Job Description : The Ridge Athletic Club is looking for someone passionate about ensuring patrons receive great service at the club. The Member Service Specialist will be responsible for leading the Service Desk shift team, being a shining example of what it takes to bring excellence to the Ridge members, and be willing to do what it takes to ensure that members have an outstanding experience from the time they drive up, to the time they drive off.

We will expect that the PM Member Service Specialist has experience leading teams to success, showing respect to all those around them, and will go the extra mile to ensure excellence. We’re looking for the team player who isn’t afraid to step outside the box to get things done right. We want the person who takes pride in their work and is excited to be known as a “problem solver.”

The PM Member Service Specialist will be responsible for bringing great service during the afternoon and evening shifts, then making the turnover to the janitorial team.
