Job Description : Project Administrator (Remote)
Position summary
State Project Support Team (S-PST) Project Administrators are responsible for providing support to cross-functional projects that support State Solutions roadmaps and programs.
Responsibilities
Provide Project Management support to senior project or project managers.
Manage project documentation, communications, meetings, and required meeting follow-up
Assist with progress monitoring of projects, working to identify issues affecting timely and accurate completion
Manage project sites in SharePoint to allow for collaboration of multiple contributors on project-based assignments
Assist in preparing project management reports.
Prepare technical and non-technical information (reports, presentations) for Project Managers to use with a variety of audiences.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure success of the team and organization.

Manages conflict: Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred; OR equivalent combination of two years’ college education and four years’ of experience will be considered in lieu of a four-year degree.
Minimum of two years’ experience with project administration or associate level project management.
Strong preference for experience in the technology or assessment industry.
Experience with MS Office Suite, including OneNote and SharePoint
Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
CAPM certification is a plus.
Experience within a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus.
