Job Description : Job Description:
Location: Lebanon, Oregon – Must be willing to relocate or live within 40 miles of our facility.
Schedule: Night Shift – 3.5 days a week (3-12’s and 1-6 hour 42 hours per week)
Salary Range: $19.00 hr. plus shift differential up to $4 per hour

Position Summary:

The Quality Associate is primarily responsible for the testing of samples received from the production floor for the assurance of meeting customer requirements.
Conducts physical testing of product against the manufacturing specification to determine appropriate product disposition
Conducts physical testing on raw materials to ensure compliance with agreed upon supplier specification
Communicates test results to appropriate individuals including production operators, lead and management personnel
Tests and verifies that key test equipment is operating and functioning as expected to ensure material test results are accurate

Required Experience:
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret most documents.
Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), required.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to then develop reasonable solutions.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in a laboratory or quality role
Familiarity with chemicals and safety procedures
