Job Description : Busy Growing Surgery office looking to add another surgical scheduler to our team. Looking for someone who has excellent verbal & written communication skills, highly motivated, that can multi task. Some of the job responsibilities include:Provide surgical information to patientsMaintains doctors calendarsResponsible for surgery authorizations and insurance verificationsFLMA paperwork/medical recordsHelp answer phonesThis position is Monday from 8am-5pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8am-4pm, and Friday 8am-1pm.
