If this sounds like you, you could be the next Account Specialist at Honor!Virtual Account Specialist – Call Center – Berrien Springs (Full-Time)SUMMARY: Responsible for providing excellent member service and maintaining strong professional relationships through our Virtual Member Center.Assists members with new loans and products, advises of status of accounts, furnishes information on loans and products, keeps up to date on products and helps maintain product literature.Courteously and promptly resolves member questions and problems over the phone or properly refers them to appropriate personnel.Performs miscellaneous duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS: COMMITMENTS TO LIVING “I AM HONOR”:Act with Urgency and Care – Be the person “they” call first. Customer service and data entry experience is preferred.SKILLS/ABILITIES:Must have demonstrated ability to finances in order.Excellent communications and public relations skills.Well organized.Attentive to detail.Willingness to assist others.Strong typing abilities.Able to use PC, calculator and office equipment.Job Type: Full-time
