Job Description : Robert Half is partnering with a company in Portland seeking a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper/payroll manager for employment at their office located in beautiful Johns Landing. This job is best suited for an individual looking for a long-term job.The ideal candidate will:Be comfortable reconciling bank, financial and inventory accounts.Prepare various reports as requested on weekly, monthly, annual basis.Work with outside accountants on a variety of tasks.Be comfortable managing all payroll functions of our organization including but not limited to new hires, terminations, pay changes, garnishments, bi-weekly payroll processing, sick leave, preparing payroll related reports for management, etc.Prepare SAIF reports.The company is seeking to hire immediately. Salary based on experience.Qualifications:Possess 5+ years of bookkeeping experience.Possess 5+ years of payroll experience.Have 2+ years Quickbooks experience.Have experience managing AP/AR.Have experience managing inventory.Work well with deadlines.Work well with employees at all levels of our organization, communicating face-to face, via email and phone.Benefits of this position include:Paid vacation, medical benefits, 401K.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
