We provide amazing work-life balance, an incredible team atmosphere, industry-leading benefits and a environment (hybrid-remote) We are looking for the next great member for our team.Job Summary:The Business Development Executive is responsible for prospecting with senior executives in our ideal vertical markets (including professional services, manufacturing, distribution, retail and non-profits) and closing contracts for IT services. To succeed, you will prospect, schedule weekly qualified discovery meetings (2 per week), effectively present technology solutions addressing the prospects pain points and close new business.Job Requirements: The Business Development Executive duties will include a combination of the following:Enthusiastically represent our company to potential clients;Drive new business leads with prospects that aligns with our business plan and meets our demographic criteria;Generate discovery meetings with executive, managers (decision makers) of educational institutions using a mix of telephone prospecting, email prosecting, strategic outreach, digital prospecting, referral generation and business association based prospecting;Help present quotes, proposals and persuasively present them to owners and senior business executives;Develop in-depth knowledge of our service offerings and how they relate to clients’ business needs to improve their efficiency and solve their “pain points”;Work in a team environmentConduct in person (when available) and remote meetings and (when safe) travel to client locationsUtilize in-house CRM system logging opportunities and activities as they occurMaintain sales pipeline for sales forecasting.Work closely with the leadership team to achieve sales growth objectivesQualifications: In order to be considered for this opportunity, the candidate will possess the following skills and related experience:Bachelor’s Degree highly required4-8+ years of solid performance in outside sales with a proven track record in business-to-business sales preferred.Experience in solutions sales such as business to business technology, commercial insurance, payroll, software, consulting and recruiting beneficial;Entrepreneurial, energetic and enthusiastic personality;Self-disciplined, self-motivated and goal oriented;Proven track record of generating discovery meetings with senior executives requiredAbility to thoroughly describe the proposed solution in alignment to the prospect’s business needs;· Demonstrated ability to close new business;· Comfort presenting to business owners and C-Level executivesAbility to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and take initiative;Tenacious work ethic with the ability to work independently;Excels in working in cross functional team environment and relates well to IT service delivery colleagues (systems engineers);Desire to become part of a fun and energetic team with a winning attitude and culture;· Ability to travel locally when necessary and visit the office as needed, although much of this position can be done remotely with video presentationsProficient with Microsoft Office Applications.Salary and Benefits: Our competitive compensation plan is structured as Base plus unlimited Commission potential. The monthly base salary and commission should easily make this a $100k+ opportunity.
