Job Description : Hallmark Inns & Resorts is currently seeking Central Reservation Agents to work out of the Hallmark Resort, Newport Property. Please email your resume or apply in person at the front desk. Resume Required.Requirements: 6 months customer service experience, knowledge of the local area, advanced computer skills helpful. Holidays, weekends, and flexibility of shift hours are required.Duties: Directly responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, taking reservations following the provided criteria, helping guests, and providing information about the local area.Hours and Days: Seasonal with the potential to be permanent, full-time and part-time.
