We are fast-paced, professional, demanding and our goal is to provide last mile deliveries on time, in quality condition, with professionalism in customer interactions .Our work environment includes:Growth opportunitiesFlexible working hoursOn-the-job trainingDelivery Driver needed to transport parcels making last mile deliveries throughout Western Montana and Idaho. You will be driving 26 foot cargo truck or delivery van. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. No CDL Required. Must be able to do heavy lifting utilizing proper equipment and with assistance from another team member. We offer on the job training.To be a successful last mile delivery driver, one must be a safe driver in all weather and traffic conditions. Must be have a strong work ethic, and maintain a friendly, professional communication style. Delivering items on time, in quality condition, with professionalism in customer interactions are all an extension of good service. Assembly of parcels may be required.ResponsibilitiesDeliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routesFollow routes and time scheduleLoad, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicleComplete DOT logs and reportsFollow DOT regulations and safety standardsSkillsMust be trainableValid current driver’s licenseAbility to drive in a variety of weather and traffic conditionsExcellent organizational and time management skillsGood driving record with no traffic violationsFollow directionsGood communications skillsMust meet minimum age requirementsShift starts at 6:30 am. Routes are 10-14 hrs daily.
