Position : Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description : We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist with duties to include but not limit it to greeting clients, answering phones, multitasking, scheduling appointments, making office supplies arrangements, maintain office equipment and lobby. Keeping schedules full and have all appointments prepared: intakes received, insurance verified and prepped for therapists. Checking voicemails and forwarding them to appropriate parties. Other duties would be posting payments, checking next day accounts, process/enter client information in system, process insurance billings and process incoming and outgoing mail.Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative assistantKnowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)Familiarity with email scheduling tools like Therapy Appointment.Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentTypical end time:5PMTypical start time:8AMThis Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:Dependable — more reliable than spontaneousPeople-oriented — enjoys interacting with people and working on group projectsDetail-oriented — would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picturePay range is $15 – $17 hour depending on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: From $15.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayExperience:customer service: 1 year (Preferred)office assistant: 1 year (Preferred)receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
