There is a dedication to one another that drives everyone to work hard towards one common goal.As an HR Coordinator, you will work closely with HR Representatives, Area and Store Managers to help grow the Wild Bill’s workforce. You will have the opportunity to discover new talent and guide them through the onboarding and training process.DutiesPost job ads for managers, assistant managers, associates, vape specialists, sign dancers.Consult with HR Reps and identifying employment needs.Conduct phone interviews and schedule interviews with Area and/or Store ManagersContact references and perform background checks on applicants.Inform applicants about position details, including working locations, and schedules.Coordinate training for all new employeesCollect all onboarding paperwork!Employee record keepingFollow-up evaluations for new traineesRequired Qualifications: Communication skills: Excellent speaking and listening skills to share information effectively, while paying careful attention to concerns and questions of employees and job applicants.Decision-making skills: For reviewing applicants’ qualifications.Detail-oriented: When maintaining records regarding background checks, and employee onboarding paperwork.Interpersonal skills: For interacting with new employees while conversing and connecting with people from various backgrounds and experiences.Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience in phone screening and/or face-to-face interviewingComprehension of new hire onboarding documents (W4 Federal and State, and I9 Form)Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
