Job Description : Description: Murdoch’s is looking for an IT Support Analyst interested in complex infrastructure – understanding how it works and how you can make it work better. Our IT Support Analyst is interested in recognizing trends and analyzing the data behind incidents to help solve operational problems and streamline processes. The ideal candidate wants to fix the root cause vs. apply band-aids with the end goal of improving service levels and reducing incidents.As a Murdoch’s Team Member in this role, you will…ensure that our retail stores and our Home Office are online and running properly – everything from computer hardware and applications to auxiliary devices and much more!proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve all issues affecting production systems and applicationsprovide clear, concise, and timely communication to affected parties during the investigation and resolution of any individual or system-wide outage.
