Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a North America Kids Brand Management Specialist to join our Beaverton-based team to help create the future of sport and engage kids in sport and play!
This role will support the development and execution of marketing concepts that fuel daily engagement and relationships with the Kid / Parent consumer through content + activity crafted to help make sport* a daily habit! In partnership with teammates across the Marketing organization, this role will be responsible for bringing the best of Nike directly to the Kid, creating a meaningful connection to both the brand and sport.
The candidate should have a digital first mentality, entrepreneurial spirit, thrive in high-change / test and learn environments, and a strong understanding of the Kid / Parent consumer. They should be ready to embrace an approach that will challenge the status quo and push the brand to new places – helping translate unique insights into strategies and concepts that unlock new consumer touchpoints.
Additionally, they should have a results driven approach to their work, demonstrating an ability to lead multiple tasks while building strong working relationships across a matrixed organization.
What you will work on
If this is you, you’ll be working with a networked Kids Brand Management offense across Global, Geo, and City teams to define the seasonal, annual, and long-term brand plans that will serve the needs of the Kid and Parent consumer across the dimensions of sport performance.
As the North America Kids Brand Management Specialist, you will:
Support an integrated annual + seasonal planning process through ideation and presentation across key cities / functions in North America.
Make valuable contributions to brand strategy and help drive execution of key sport dimensions, running and future fitness.
Build and maintain seasonal plan foundation, overseeing product integration into seasonal programming and moments.
Ensure athlete + catalyst integration into key content moments and experiences.
Manage brand experience executions in partnership with extended team.
Manage asset development and distribution across multiple channels and cities.
In collaboration with other specialists, lead product management and ordering for current and future seasonal executions.
Open and process POs, invoices, contracts, product orders.
Drive initiative recap and teardown process – track cumulative engagement/results to deliver insights that will inform future work.
Monitor and identify key consumer trends.
Who you will work with
As the North America Kids Brand Management Specialist, you will report directly to the North America Kids Brand Director and work within a team of Brand Managers and Specialists to create programming intended to help kids engage in sport and stay active.
To facilitate the development and implementation of those plans, you will build and maintain effective relationships across a diverse set of internal and external partners, including the following:

Finally, in this role you will be an agile part of the North America team and play a critical role in creating a positive and inclusive working environment.

What you bring
+1-3 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Production or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
Self-starter and entrepreneurial
Autonomous, proactive work management style
An understanding of media and digital platforms (especially YouTube & TikTok) and kid content consumption trends within the broader digital landscape
Great relationship building skills
Exceptional task management across multiple work streams with attention to details
An understanding of kid styling.
A passion for sport, play and getting the next generation moving.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, flexing between senior leadership communication and more detailed functional communication
Problem solving skills (identification, scenario development, action)
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
