Position : Radiology Patient Check-in & Reception Specialist
Job Description : This position will perform duties at the SRC facility from 9:30am to 6:30pm, Tuesday through Friday and Saturday 7:30am to 4:00pm. This position may be converted to a daytime and/or full time shift at a later date as determined by SRC administration. This position involves greeting customers, easing normal patient anxiety associated with medical appointments, providing information, obtaining patient demographic and insurance information from patients, accurately entering information into the information system, communicating with departments and scheduling appointments as necessary. Additional duties will also include processing and organizing incoming medical information. This position requires an individual who can speak in conversational Spanish with a positive outlook, outstanding dedication to customer service, good listening skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment.
