Job Description : We are looking for highly motivated Guest Service Specialists to undertake front desk receptionist and spa duties specific to our medical spa. You will be the “face” of the spa for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make!The ideal candidate will be interested in long-term employment. They should have a FUN, FRIENDLY and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined; should be able to handle multiple clients at once and give accurate information. A customer and team-oriented approach is essential!This position is full-time (34-40 hours per week); 9-10hour shifts, 4 days a week.ResponsibilitiesKeep front desk tidy and presentableGreet, welcome, and direct clientsAnswer client questions on all spa products and servicesSchedule clients for multiple providersAnswer all incoming calls and complete needsAnswer emails and respond professionally and timelyKeep client records organized and up to date via EMRCash out/checkout for retail and service salesMaintain spa cleanlinessLaundry: wash, fold, stock spa linens dailyAssist other team members as neededRequirementsProven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant positionTech and office equipment savvy (e.g. smartphone, computer, fax, printer etc.)Proficient in English (oral and written)Excellent communication and people skills, especially over phone and emailGreat organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesProblem-solving skillsCustomer service orientationHigh School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plusAble to pass a background checkAvailable for weekday shifts 8:30a-6:00p and 10:30a-7:00p.Job Type: Full-timePay: $33,280.00 – $37,440.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleProfessional development assistanceSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Brighton, MI 48116: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: One location
