Job Description : Supports Oregon Child Development Coalition’s (OCDC) learning and professional development systems and programs that build the professional skills, knowledge and performance among staff, including development of learning materials, resources, and manuals. Responsible for the coordination, implementation, and completion of specific projects and initiatives to ensure consistency with agency-wide learning and professional development goals and objectives, and strategies.

Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in adult education, instructional design, business, organizational development, or related field, AND five (5) years of experience in adult education, instructional design, project management, adult learning and development, business, or related field in a professional environment.
