We have a proven track record for successfully delivering mission critical consulting, support and recruiting services to various government and Fortune 500 clients.The details for this position are as follows: Job Code : NIKEJob Title: Administrative AssistantLocation: Beaverton, OR 97005 – remote to start and hybrid later Duration: 5 MonthsPay: $25/hourly Job Description:Primary Job Accountabilities:Complex Calendar Management:Proactively manages the specified leader’s calendar in a timely and accurate manager.Scheduling of meetings and events and resolving calendar conflicts.Recommends meetings and calendar updates, anticipating needs.Understanding of priority stakeholders and organizational context.Travel:Proactively manages the leaders’ travelBook domestic and international business travel ; secure visas, maintain travel profiles.Expenses:Track and submit expense reports on timeMeeting and Events:Plan and coordinate meetings and eventsMeetings may be of varying sizes & complexity and may include venue selection, ordering catering, tracking expenses, agenda creation, material preparation, A/V resource planning, and coordinating communication to attendees.Examples are All Employee Staff Meetings, LT Meetings, Offsites including special LT guests or teamsSchedule & Recap LT meetingsOrganization Chart Management:Handle the creation, maintenance and distribution of org chartsCommunications:Handle a variety of comms tasks under the leader’s directionWrite, contribute to and/or edit draft communications, involving appropriate stakeholders and gaining final approval.Support team plans, projects, activations, or other deliverables as needed.Manage and update Team distribution lists as neededPresentations:Produce and/or edit high quality PowerPoint or Keynote presentations under the leader’s direction.Connect:Be the point of connection with the Finance and Innovation Admin community.Provide light support to team E bands if capacity allowsKey CapabilitiesStrong written & verbal skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independenceOrganize, prioritize and appropriately handle confidential and sensitive informationBe a connector – take initiative and seek connection on behalf of other people to solve problems and answer questionsAction oriented, ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and show attention to detailProficiency using required software as well as internal Client systemsAbility to occasionally work outside of core business hoursJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Required)Calendar management: 1 year (Required)Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Required)Microsoft Outlook: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
