Job Description : Manager we are looking for is someone who is a middle man or woman between 3 separate entities: workers, patients, and ownership. Goal is to keep ownership satisfied that interests of all 3 parties are being looked after equitably and fairly to the standards of a medical office.Verifiable experience of atleast 10 years in the medical setting, with atleast 2 years managerial experienceIdeal candidate will work directly with front desk staff in handling the day to day operations of the clinic. They will perform the daily duties of the front desk, be able to monitor front desk employee performance, ensure patient satisfaction, and ownership satisfaction.Front Desk Job description is included below to ensure manager is able to perform at a level higher than front desk employees:Update patient profile in chart, verify insurance using websites, understand deductibles, collect copays, room patients, make followup appointment.Answer phone calls professionally, convey messages appropriately to medical providersJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 10 years (Preferred)Computer skills: 10 years (Preferred)Front desk: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
