Job Description : We are a local real estate and property management team looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will love customer service and look for what they can do to help people, not what they can do for them. They will be prompt, here to work, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks, proactive and a step ahead all of the time. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.We prefer candidates with some customer service experience, at least a year, but two would be better. Of course, experience in the real estate, title or property management industry would be great. However, we are willing to make exceptions for people who can clearly demonstrate the ability and passion to learn this industry. While we need someone who is efficient with their time, detail and accuracy is equally if not more important.
